She is a Licensed Psychotherapist, Psychedelic Therapist, renowned yoga–meditation teacher, writer, facilitator and 7-figure entrepreneur.

When Ashley’s postpartum and perimenopause eras overlapped, she was dropped into a “Dark Night of the Soul” and for the first time struggled with depression, anxiety, brain fog, burnout and plummeting confidence that jeopardized her business, relationship and health.

While diving into midlife care, she found a gaping hole in the exploding menopause movement – the desperate need to support women on their unique psycho-spiritual challenges and reinvention at midlife – not just their hormonal balance.

This led her to found her Metamorphosis: Midlife & Menopause Mentorship and The Haven Membership.
